Naples Therapeutic Riding Center Named Winner of Scouting for a Cause Through The Scout Guide Naples
NAPLES, Fla., February 2, 2026 —Naples Therapeutic Riding Center (NTRC) is proud to announce that it has been selected as the winner of the Scouting for a Cause campaign through The Scout Guide Naples, earning the most community votes in a competitive, community-driven initiative highlighting local nonprofits making a meaningful impact.
As the winning organization, NTRC will receive a complimentary annual membership with The Scout Guide Naples, including a full-page feature in the November 2026 publication, professional photography and ad design, and year-round promotion across The Scout Guide’s website and social media channels. This opportunity provides significant exposure throughout the Southwest Florida community.
NTRC extends sincere thanks to Monica Alvarez for nominating the organization and helping bring its mission into the spotlight. The Center also expresses deep gratitude to the riders, families, volunteers, donors, and community members who showed up day after day to vote and support this campaign.

In 2027, Naples Therapeutic Riding Center will celebrate its 30th anniversary as an incorporated organization. With the Scouting for a Cause feature scheduled to publish in November 2026, this opportunity helps position NTRC for a strong and visible entry into its milestone year.
Increased awareness through this platform will help NTRC continue expanding access to its therapeutic and educational programs, recruit dedicated volunteers, and share its mission with new audiences throughout the region.
